The NCSEA Foundation has officially launched its 30K in 30 Days year-end campaign, calling on the structural engineering community to help raise $30,000 over the next 30 days in support of programs that strengthen, elevate, and advance the profession.
This year’s theme — Build the Future With Us — reflects both the Foundation’s 2025 accomplishments and the ambitious vision driving its work into 2026.
A Transformative Year for the NCSEA Foundation
In 2025, the Foundation:
- Expanded our Artificial Intelligence Task Group, delivering a sold-out preconference, receiving more speaking invitations than we could accommodate, and educating firms nationwide on how AI is shaping structural engineering.
- Secured our first grant to launch the WE SEE K–12 Structural Engineering toolkit — giving us the ability to bring hands-on toolkits into classrooms nationwide and introduce thousands of students to our profession.
- Joined the CURE initiative, a national effort bringing researchers and industry partners together to reduce embodied carbon across the built environment.
- Launched our new NCSEAFoundation.org website, a significant step that enhances our visibility and amplifies our mission.
These successes demonstrate the growing influence of the NCSEA Foundation and the trust supporters like you place in us. Structural engineers shape the safety, resilience, and stability of every community — but our profession can only thrive if we invest in the next generation, support innovation, and ensure every child has the opportunity to pursue structural engineering.
